This position shall support the Body Worn Camera-Business Integration Center of the U.S. Marshals Service.

Mayvin is seeking a Program Analyst II to provide services supporting data analytics and will require qualifications, capabilities, and skills related to statistical analysis, modeling, trend analysis, forecasting, mathematical formulations, performance measurement, and data presentation. Responsibilities:
- Perform program and organizational analyses for assigned program areas
- Entering and validating data received from the program office
- Assisting with the analysis of data (bivariate and multivariate analyses)
- Assist in the creation or review of research reports, briefs, studies, infographics, and PowerPoint presentations
- Editing program documents and memos
- SharePoint development and management
- Utilize Power BI for data analysis and presentation
- Maintaining core documents and other information related to the program
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Three years of specialized experience conducting qualitative data collection and analysis
- Superior time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Advanced Excel skills (fluency with basic functions, conditional computations, pivot tables, and lookups)
- 3 years of experience in writing (clear, concise, and logical writing to produce memos, briefs, or PowerPoint presentations)
- Advanced experience with SharePoint (familiarity with concepts such as lists, power query, and Power BI)
- Advanced experience utilizing Tableau or PowerBI(creation of visuals, dashboards, and computations)
