About:
Arizent is looking for a results-oriented Paid Social Associate to join our newly established in-house paid media team. In this position, you will take charge of planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on Paid Social advertising campaigns on Facebook and expanding Arizent’s Paid Social presence to other platforms. This position will report to the Paid Media Manager.
Job Duties:
- Execute paid campaigns on Facebook
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create effective ad creatives
- Perform regular data analysis, assess campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement
- Generate weekly performance reports and make optimizations accordingly
- Respond promptly to inquiries and issues through communication channels like Slack and support tickets
- Explore other Paid Social channels to diversify Arizent’s paid media presence
- Aid in setting up attribution tracking and other technical solutions
- Participate in team meetings and foster collaboration with internal content, marketing, and data teams
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in implementing Paid Social campaigns
- Possess strong analytical skills with a data-driven optimization mindset
- Proficient in Facebook Ads
- Experience with other Paid Social media platforms is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills
- Organized and adept at managing multiple campaigns across diverse brands
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach
- Committed to maintaining high standards, excellence, and fostering teamwork
- Quick learner with a proactive and adaptive mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
