Idea Evolver is seeking a full-time Paid Media Coordinator, focused on Paid Search, paid social (Facebook advertising), and display/banner advertising. The primary responsibility is to create client deliverables including audience search behavior analysis, campaign management and optimization across multiple accounts, and performance insight reports. The Paid Search Coordinator will interface with clients directly and be responsible for clearly creating and communicating Paid Search strategy for all accounts.

Qualifications
- 1-3 Years of experience preferred, with exposure to digital advertising including Paid Search, Facebook advertising, and display/banner advertising
- Proficient in Google Analytics (and other analytics platform) skills and the ability to decipher the why as opposed to just report on the what. A strong analytical skill set is a must
- Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Advertising experience and/or certifications
- Experience implementing pixels/tags for conversion tracking and audience management
- Experience managing external media vendors, publishers and data providers
- Experience working with bid management platforms & social media management tools
