ROTATING SHIFTS
Must be able to work a holiday, weekends, and on-call rotation. Must be able to float to shifts for coverage.
Under general supervision and following policies and procedures, provides service support for assigned area(s) related to clerical support functions. Duties include but not limited to maintaining O.R. Master schedule, inputting and maintaining SIS grid and PEMS, receiving incoming phone calls, providing information to callers, relaying messages, ordering necessary paperwork and office supplies as delegated, assist with preventative maintenance, and assumes accountability for all aspects of clerical functions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Ability to communicate effectively with others in the work environment; must be able to read, write, and speak English. Computer skills required.
