PACKER Mission of the Role (What you will be doing) The SupplyOne Packer position reports to the Operation Manager. This role requires the ability to pick trays from web of thermoforming machine. Relieve packers and other miscellaneous responsibilities as needed. Key Duties & Accountabilities (Primary responsibilities & quantifiable measurements)
Pick trays from web of thermoforming machine
Visually inspect for flaws and die registration Replace defective parts being produced, and make the process tech or operator aware of defects
Pack into a carton
Fill out manufacturing log
Clean the machine that you are on during Set-Up; before production begins
Relieve other packers on machines when your machine is not running (this includes during cleaning of machine)
Make Carton
Number boxes in sequential order w/box number and cycle count
Clean area around machine before end of shift as well as at the end of any job Repack/inspect trays
Use re-inspection form if necessary
Perform any off-line tasks that may occur
Close & Tape cartons for other machines (as long as your tasks for the machine you are on are complete)
Labeling finished cartons
Make cartons for other machines (as long as your tasks for the machine you are on are complete)
Run roller press
Help process tech or operator

Additional Information - Qualified candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident and be able to successfully complete a post-offer/preemployment physical and drug screen. - Breaks are paid for which include two 10 minute breaks (one in the am and one in the PM) & one 20 minute lunch.
