Job Title: Packer - 3rd Shift
Location: Stokesdale, NC
Schedule: Sunday - Friday morning from 11pm - 7:30am
Department: Production
Ontex is a new state of the art facility located off HWY 65, in Stokesdale, NC
Your Role:
- Responsible for performing various tasks to setup, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
- Responsible for production line and to coordinate the team assigned to the line.
- Responsible of the quality of the product.
- Drive the tasks of the team assigned to the production line during the shift, to reach the KPI targets.
- Operate efficiently the production line following the process standards
- Execute the small changeovers and participate to the big ones
- Inform the Team Leader about technical issues and improvement ideas
- Performs minor maintenance.
- Communicate with Peers, Team Leader, and other departments.
Education and Experience Required:
- High School and/or Technical Education
- High-speed, continual process manufacturing in a high-volume setting, fast pace and GMP knowledge a plus.
