SalaryWe are looking for someone with good mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and who is a great team player. The job is packaging small scale runs, usually 100-1,000 units of a 2 mL fill, helping with hand filling and sealing in the lab, and packaging small amounts of chemicals, weighed precisely. This position does require working safely with lab-scale chemicals The position is onsite in New Haven, Connecticut.
Responsibilities:
- Work with lab technicians to package batches of product
- Routine and emergency maintenance of our automatic filling machine
- Maintain neat and accurate documentation of all work
- Know safety protocol in a chemical laboratory
- Communicate effectively with the Production Manager
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with small, precise machinery
- Mechanically inclined with ability to troubleshoot and address problems
- Good fine motor skills and ability for precise measurements
- General computer skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage time efficiently
- Ability to excel in a fast paced, production environment

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
