Packaging Equipment - Field Service Technician

Seeking a skilled, self-directed field service technician to train, repair, test, and maintain Packaging Equipment at client locations across the Mid-Atlantic region. Manage all on-site installation of new and used equipment. Equipment includes high-speed labelers, automatic sorters and other Packaging Equipment. Bring professionalism, ownership of your work, and motivation which will lead to advancement into management position. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and other physical labor. Compensation will depend on candidate's job skills, certifications, and experience.

Position Qualifications and Preferences:

• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control equipment
• Industrial Packaging Equipment experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and manuals
• Use power hand tools, lift, stoop, and drive
• Willingness to drive as needed to neighboring states for work and training in company vehicle
• Valid driver’s license with no driving restrictions
• Pre-employment physical, drug screen, background check required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
