Job Description
Summary: Seeking a Packaging Engineer with experience in packaging development, technical document interpretation, and project management for EU MDR remediation.
Requirements:
BS in Packaging or related field
1-3 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in packaging development
Ability to create and interpret technical documents
Experience in project management
Responsibilities:
Focus on Packaging Development for EU MDR remediation
Ensure packaging testing meets the MDR requirements
Update package assembly prints and Design History File (DHF)
Translate Medtronic design verification and validation testing to EU MDR submission documentation
Design, develop, and test a wide variety of containers used for the protection, display, and handling of products
Determine packaging specifications considering the nature of the product, cost limitations, legal requirements, type of protection required, and resistance to external variables such as moisture, corrosive chemicals, temperature variations etc.
Design package exteriors considering factors like product identification, sales appeal, aesthetic quality, printing and production techniques.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $33.00 per hour
