Royal Tree Productions is currently seeking a Packaging Associate to add to our fast growing dynamic team.

As a Packaging Associate, your first and foremost responsibility at Royal Tree Productions is to create a safe, efficient and professional work environment. Royal Tree Productions strives to be among the best in the industry and as such we ask that our Associates work with us toward the goal of creating the new standard for cannabis cultivation and production in Oklahoma.

The Packaging Associate is responsible for the trimming, weighing, and packaging of products under the supervision of the Packaging Team Lead. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency in completing assigned tasks. Associates are also responsible for ensuring that all products meet company quality standards.

Specific Duties

• Be part of a team responsible for all aspects of production including weighing, trimming, and packaging medical marijuana

• Maintain high standards for product quality and accuracy (accurate weights, consistent packaging and product aesthetics)

• Ensure tasks are performed with adherence to safety regulations and company procedures

• Complete tasks in a timely manner with emphasis on attention to detail while maintaining a clean work environment

• Other duties as assigned by Lead or Management Team.

Working Environment

Work is performed in a warehouse and may require long periods of time standing. While not difficult, most duties are repetitive in nature, require attention to detail and must be completed quickly in order to keep up with scheduled order fulfillment.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 18+ years of age

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience working in a fast paced production environment strongly preferred

• History of success in prior positions

• Willing and able to assist other team members as needed

• Energetic team player with strong work ethic

• Honest and dependable
