Department: Production
Schedule: M - F, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM full-time

Essential Job Functions:

• Must be or become forklift certified.
• Ensures the packaging area is fully stocked and universal supplies are on hand. Job specific supplies are present and ready for use.
• Ensure packaging of products are done in a safe and proper manner.
• Provide and demonstrate efficiency and attention to detail while catching, packaging, labeling and inspecting the quality of the panels.
• Ensures consistency in packaging of panels. Package presentation and durability is important.
• Follows all safety protocol, uses the appropriate PPE where required
• Supports improvement opportunities and is willing to offer suggestions as it relates to manufacturing
• Work with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
• Supports the Vision, Values, and Strategic Goals of the Company.
• Follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures established by the Company.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed to meet deadlines and company goals.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year working in manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years experience operating a standup and sit down forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically.
