Package Delivery Driver; Fedex

McCraw Logistics, a FedEx Ground contractor, is URGENTLY HIRING full time Delivery Drivers. Drivers will be operating out of the Durham, NC terminal, located at 4357 S Alston Ave, Durham, NC 27713, and will be making deliveries in the surrounding areas in step vans and sprinter vans provided by the employer.

No CDL required! FedEx/Amazon/UPS/DHL experience is a plus!

Pay: $150/day based on experience and stop count

Work Schedule: Mon-Sat, & Sun During Peak Season

Work Hours- Full time is 5 days per week, which will include Saturday from 8:00 am to completion (completion is usually around 5pm).

**Saturday OR Sunday IS REQUIRED during Peak Season (Questions regarding Peak Season can be asked at interview)

Delivery Driver Requirements:

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
• 1 year of job-related driving experience preferred ...*but not required* (Uber/door dash, construction, landscaping medical transport, etc)
• Background check required
• Must complete a DOT physical and drug test (FedEx pays for this)!
• Physically able to handle up to 150lbs (with assistance of a dolly)
• This is a physical job and requires that the Delivery Driver gets in and out of the truck repeatedly and deliver 80-140 stops per day

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Arrive at FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages
• Must conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections
• Loading and Unloading packages from the truck
• Delivering packages to the correct destination
• Accurately scanning and logging packages with scanner integrity

Our FedEx Ground company, McCraw Logistics, is looking for people who have been Local Drivers, Route Drivers, Truck Drivers, Couriers, Pick Up Drivers, Delivery drivers- and if you have driven for UPS, Amazon, previous FedEx companies, DHL, Wal-Mart, Uber, Lyft or any other similar companies, that is a plus.
