Package and Planning Clerk

The Janesville Gazette Printing and Distribution facility is seeking an energetic and reliable team player to join us in our Package and Planning department. Ideal candidates will have the ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline driven production environment.
Job Duties include:
*Liaison between customers and production
*Working with USPS programs to produce labels for all products that are mailed
*Organizing inserts and directing which inserts go in which paper
*Updating the receiving department with product insert schedule for staging
*Other duties as required

Skills needed:
*Proficient use of excel and other office programs and the ability to learn different software as needed
*Detail oriented
*Excellent communication with customer and production staff
*Being able to adapt on the fly

Full-time positions average 37.5 hours per week. Hours will fluctuate based on production needs. Benefits offered include health/dental/life insurance, paid vacation and 401(K).
