• Compensation:  $19.48 - $29.22 per hour
• Sign-on bonus:  Up to $3,000

• Schedule:  Full-time; M-F: 8:30 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities

Lead assigned staff in performing activities or tasks in pharmacy services. Serve as a subject
matter expert and provide guidance across pharmacies and to clinical leadership.

• Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.
• Serve as a technical or functional resource and performs similar duties as associates they lead.
• Assign, monitor and review progress of work. Monitor and report compliance with policies and/or procedures. May resolve scheduling issues.
• Oversee daily activities of the Pharmacy Technicians under the direction of the pharmacists and
  management.
• Assist with specialty projects and tasks as assigned by Pharmacy management. Participate in problem solving within the department.
• Provide input into hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• One or more of the following required:
  • Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

• Candidates must have a valid Pharmacy Technician Certification.
• Candidates must have at least 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience.
