Owner Operators

Job Summary:
We are seeking CDL and NON CDL Owner Operators to join our team. We are looking to hire CDL and NON CDL straight truck drivers. As a CDL and NON CDL Owner Operator, you will be responsible for operating your own commercial truck and transporting goods across designated routes. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and safe delivery of products to our customers.
Qualifications:
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) for A or B Drivers
- Proof of ownership of a commercial truck or access to one
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a CDL A or B driver
- Clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling invoices and maintaining records
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain your own commercial truck to transport products
- Plan routes and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, including DOT requirements
- Inspect truck and cargo for safety and compliance before and after trips
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and fellow drivers
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery details
- Follow company policies and procedures for load securement and vehicle maintenance
- Handle paperwork and invoices related to deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Comply with company safety policies to maintain a safe work environment
