Owner Operator / Swimming Pool Service

Skills:
- Must have 5 years experience in the Swimming Pool Service industry
- Must be able to carry bags of salt, chemicals and equipment
- Must have a positive attitude. We are in the "make customers happy" business!!
- Pool Maintenance Experience is a MUST. We are looking for an OWNER OPERATOR PARTNER, not a trainee.

Duties:
- Repair and replace Swimming Pool equipment, set new equipment
- Balance all Swimming Pool chemicals
- Clean Swimming Pools and provide equipment care
- Perform routine inspections, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on the Swimming Pools and their equipment
- Input reports into software at each location to deep the office and clients informed

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on the road

Please note that this is not an employee position, but rather an opportunity to build something of your own. As an Owner Operator, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and manage your own business. Ownership percentage will be determined based on customer volume.
