Break down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies at closing. Perform nightly cleaning and maintenance procedures of the entire store premises as indicated on the Designated Closers Checklist and as trained and directed by General and Venue Managers.
Perform all of the essential duties of this position in a safe and effective manner, consistent with the requirements, methods, and policies established by the company.
Perform other duties as directed by Executive Management, Venue Manager, Assistant Manager, or On-Duty Shift Leader.
Comply with all company policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations regarding mixers and ovens, e.g., safety and environmental standards, OSHA, EPA, Right-to-Know, EEO, ADA, et.al.
