Concentra is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work at our Fern Valley Center in Louisville, KY:

• Friday through Sunday, 7P - 7A OVERNIGHT SHIFT
• Occupational Medicine/Urgent Care
• All documentation easily completed at the time of service/same day
• No prior authorizations, No patient portal
• Onsite Physical Therapy
• DOT exams, preemployment physicals, evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries including minor procedures (laceration repair, foreign body removal)
