American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company, and we are currently looking for a Warehouse Office Assistant in the Portland, OR area. If you’re looking for a great job with a consistent schedule and weekly pay then you have come to the right place.
Under general supervision, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for answering phone calls and emails, providing details to drivers on delivery locations, responding to customers, carrier partners, and drivers’ questions and concerns, and assisting the team with administrative duties/light warehouse duties.
We are looking for someone that can take initiative and problem solve, that can adapt to new responsibilities or software, and can interact with our drivers, suppliers, warehouse staff, and other office admins in a kind and respectful way.

Monday through Friday
7pm- 3:30am
$22/hr to start
Requirements:- Need to be flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
