Overnight Supported Living Staff

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your role will involve assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), administering medication, and providing companionship and emotional support. Duties:

- Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in performing activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document administration accurately
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Support individuals in participating in recreational activities and community outings
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals
- Document observations and report any changes in behavior or health status to the appropriate supervisor

Experience:

- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring is a plus
- Experience in medication administration is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
