These tasks listed below provide a basic guide of your daily duties. Our Security Specialists are the heart of our operation, and they are critically important to ensure its smooth operation. As such, they are required to be highly dependable, and pay close attention to detail. This position will require the capability to work independently with limited supervision, demonstrate critical thinking to solve problems and multi-task.
Tasks

• Arrive for duty on time and in full uniform.
• Familiarize yourself with the post orders and any hand down notes related the site and post.
• Provide Tier-1 customer service when interacting with members of the public.
• Receive and document customer questions or concerns and escalate them to the appropriate TRIDENT representative
• Ensure all issues and complaints are fully documented and properly escalated to TRIDENT and the Client as appropriate
• Patrol premises regularly (once per 60 minutes) to maintain order and establish presence. Report any security issues and or violations.
• Remove unruly patrons from the premises and issue trespass citations (in the presence of Law Enforcement).
• Roving patrols (motorized and foot) may consist of checking for unauthorized vehicles, verifying noise complaints, and general officer presence.
• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property. Verify all exits, doors and windows are secure during each patrol.
