Responsibilities:
- Checks all public areas for trash, glasses, etc. and removes trash.
- Touches up glass doors and windows, spot clean walls, wall coverings and elevators.
- Keeps all areas free of litter and discards trash.
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in lobby area by vacuuming, dusting, etc.
- Assures that all public and employee restrooms are always clean and properly stocked.
- Knowledge of proper signage to use when cleaning public areas.
- Cleans pre-function area. Maintains throughout shift.
- Restocks Lobby Attendants carts and cleans it out at the end of the shift.
- Cleans the storage room at the end of every shift.
- Communicates supply level with supervisor/manager on a regular basis.
- Perform pool and fitness center attendants’ duties in their absence.
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
- Developed English skills.
- Frequent bending, standing, and walking.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds.
