Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with a friendly demeanor
• Keep tables and dining areas clean and well-presented
• Take and accurately relay customer orders to the kitchen
• Double-check orders for accuracy before serving to guests
• Assist with resetting tables efficiently to accommodate new guests
• Ensure prompt and attentive service throughout the dining experience
• Address and resolve any issues with orders promptly and professionally
• Provide recommendations and assist guests with dietary preferences or restrictions
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the menu, including specials and promotions

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing excellent service
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $10.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
