Stocking Associate
Duties:
- Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
- Organize and stock shelves, racks, and displays
- Ensure products are properly labeled and priced
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist customers with locating products and answering questions
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks to move heavy items
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient stocking processes
Skills:
- Ability to clean and organize merchandise displays
- Proficiency in operating a pallet jack or willingness to learn
- Experience in stocking and replenishing inventory in a retail or warehouse setting
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it may assist in communicating with diverse customers
- Basic understanding of retail math for pricing and inventory management purposes
- Strong selling skills to assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and moving of merchandise
