We are seeking a talented and reliable technician to join our growing team. The Fryer Oil Service Technician provides quality service to a variety of commercial kitchens by filtering fryer cooking oil, cleaning fryer wells and hauling waste oil. No prior experience needed.

Must be available weekends and overnight.
Starting at $22.00 per hour and up to a $500 performance bonus after 90 days.
Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time and prepared for every scheduled shift.
- Adhere to all traffic laws while driving company vehicles to customer locations.
- Ensure the van is kept clean, stocked, and well-organized.
- Process customer fryer oil using appropriate equipment.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on fryers.
- Maintain accurate service records for each customer and service.
- Clean fryer area and ensure any spills are immediately addressed.
- Communicate any issues or questions to the Management Team.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area, wear appropriate PPE and adhere to safety standards at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Overnight schedule
- Weekends
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.
- Schedule adherence and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to process.
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills a plus.
- Previous experience working with machinery a plus.
