KSTG is looking for an full time Overnight Dispatcher/Reservationist to join their team in the coming month. The schedule will be Tuesday-Friday 12:00am-8am and Saturday 10am-6pm. Training will be Monday-Friday for one month during normal business hours.
Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Dispatchers play a key role in our daily operations. Duties include monitoring driver check-ins, GPS fleet tracking, airline flight monitoring, scheduling driver assignments, fulfilling last minute trips, and auditing reservations for errors. Dispatchers will also monitor drivers for their daily and weekly "hours-of- service" limits, keeping compliant with DOT regulations.
At KSTG, our Reservations team strives to make every reservation a memory that will last a lifetime for our clients. Reservation team members are on the front-line of our business and along with our chauffeurs offer a level of service that sets KSTG apart.
They take incoming phone calls, make outbound follow-up calls, manage multiple inboxes, and enter our reservations. They are masters of "rolling with it" and are problem-solvers.

Dispatcher
- Schedule and dispatch drivers and vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications or needs
- Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from drivers
- Monitor personnel and vehicle locations and coordinates service and schedules
- Determines types or amounts of vehicles and personnel required according to work orders or specifications
Reservations
- Confirm reservations for transportation using telephones and computers
- Prepare customer invoices and accept payments
- Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, services, procedures, and policies
- Determine whether vehicles are available on dates requested by customers as well as checking with the scheduler or dispatcher
- Provide quote and availability information to clients
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.
Qualifications
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience as a dispatcher/logistical coordinator perferred
- Familiarity with internet, smartphone and GPS devices
- Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and follow through

BENEFITS:
- Pay rate of $19-22/hr
- Paid time off(PTO)
- Health Insurance(medical, dental, and vision) for employees working over 30 hours/week (monthly average) after 90 days
