Great news! We have an immediate opening for overnight drivers to deliver fresh-baked doughnuts from our Charlotte bakery to our local customers. We set you up with the training, equipment, and delivery truck that you will need to be successful – we just need you to come with a can-do attitude and a desire to better yourself.

TDP Bakery is an established company that manufactures and self-distributes to thousands of locations nightly. This formerly small family business has expanded rapidly over the past five years but still maintains the benefits of a close-knit culture and entrepreneurial spirit. Our combined bakeries manufacture millions of fresh bakery items every week, and our distribution teams drive enough miles each day to circle the earth to ensure that our consumers can enjoy something truly fresh.

• Authorization to work in the US (must provide proper documentation)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a clean drug screen (including marijuana)
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Copy of past 3-year MVR required at time of interview: https://payments.ncdot.gov/
• Ability to obey all traffic rules and avoid safety hazards
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability between the hours of 4pm to 4am any of the seven days of the week (shift schedule may vary)
• Must have basic English proficiency (spoken and written)
