Overnight Catering Assistant
SUMMARY
Overnight Catering Assistant will be responsible for helping oversee overnight staff catering operations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure proper credentialing and load in of food vendors at two overnight locations.
- Be on call for any production related issues that arise overnight.
- Be the point of contact for various teams, answering any Overnight Catering related questions
- Communicate with the Production Team and appropriate departments to assist in the resolution of problems that arise.
- Provide updated catering numbers to caterers as real time changes are made.
- Collect meal tickets from various vendors and record counts from the night per vendor
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in possibly extreme heat, high winds and cold desert conditions
PREFERENCES
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Pay Scale: $18.00
Required Availability: April 4th 2024 through April 29th 2024
Must have reliable transportation to and from site
