OVERNIGHT CAREGIVER NEEDED ASAP!

We are looking for someone to work Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 7pm-8am in the Phoenix area. This person will need experience with memory care, mobility transfers, assisting with physical therapy exercises, and lots of patience. This would be an ongoing position offering at a minimum of 36-39 hours per wk. This is an immedate start position.

As a CAREGIVER with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
