Duties:
- Provide direct care to clients in a specialized AFH
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and heart rate
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Familiarity with senior care practices and understanding of the aging process
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- CPI Training & Medication Passing Certificate Preferred
- Ability to work with Non-verbal clients
- Familiarity with nursing home or hospice care is a plus
- Ability to take accurate vital signs and record them appropriately
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects or assist clients with mobility needs

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
