companion and personal care services for seniors, new mothers, those recovering

from surgery, disabled adults, veterans or any adult over the age of 18 who

just needs a little assistance.

What you’ll do as a caregiver?

• Provide comfort and companionship to your clients,
• Prepare snacks and meals,
• Encourage light exercise to keep clients active,
• Help with basic housekeeping tasks,
• Transport clients to nearby appointments or social activities,
• Help with bathing, grooming and personal hygiene,
