JR & Co. is looking for Residential Roofing Sales Representatives who are motivated and responsible for ensuring company growth through sales. JR & Co. is recognized by the leading roofing and construction industry manufacturers for outstanding workmanship and customer service. Sales Representatives will embody JR & Co., Inc. company values.
This is a commissions/fee based position.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Make contacts and establish relationships with decision makers
- Support prospecting and lead generation efforts
- Develop strategic partnerships, relationships, and alliances for company growth; maintain an active pipeline of opportunities
- Engage clients to uncover and close growth opportunities to ensure sales objectives are met
- Create and present sales proposals
- Collaborate with Estimators and negotiate contract terms
- Track and report on status of proposals
- Respond to client inquiries
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop sales tools and strategies
- Represent JR & Co., Inc. at assigned networking functions
- Maintain detailed client database and prospecting lists
What do I need?
- Current and valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Highly motivated and willing to assume accountability for generating new business
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships quickly and work effectively across internal teams
- High level of professionalism and business acumen
- Knowledge of residential roofing systems and applications is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other required software and database systems
- Cold calling and acquisition experience is a plus
