Our growing team is seeking an experienced sales professional who is looking to expand their career and the Pestmaster brand. A successful Account Executive is a natural relationship builder, a self-starter, and has a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate will be:

Job Responsibilities
The Account Executive pursues leads, identifies their needs through conversation and facility inspection, presents available pest management solutions, and secures contracts with the prospects. The ultimate responsibility of the Account Executive is to build the foundation of a trusting relationship to create life-long customers. This is achieved through the main job responsibilities, as follows:
● Identify and prospect leads (hot and cold)
● Identify customer needs and solidify an inspection date
● Complete home and facility inspections and present available pest management solutions
● Secure the contract by overcoming any objections and finding appropriate solutions with the customer’s needs in mind
● Follow-up with prospects who have not signed a contract
● Maintain thorough documentation of prospects and current contracts to follow-up with appropriate action
● Self-manage Key Performance Indicators (# of leads, # of inspections, close rate, etc.)
● Report to and establish frequent communication with the CEO and COO
● Follow all industry regulations and safety protocols
● Other tasks and duties as assigned by the CEO and COO
● Obtain licensure as required by your state of operation
Job Environment
The Account Executive position is a dynamic role, which requires the ability to work in varying environments. The following abilities are needed to be successful in this role:
● Stand on feet and/ or walk for most of the day
● Frequent sitting while driving
● Work in hot and cold environments
● Kneel to inspect under machinery, cabinetry, in crawl spaces, etc.
● Safe ladder usage
● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
● Ability to work nights and weekends, as needed
Qualifications
● Pest control experience highly preferred, but not required
● 1 - 2 years of sales experience (required)
● Valid driver’s license
● High school diploma or GED
● Pass background check (clean driving record, no criminal history)
● Drug-free (pre-employment drug screening to be performed)
