Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply is actively seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Account Representative to drive new business acquisition and become an integral part of our elite team. What You'll Do
- New Business Acquisition Focus: Be the driving force behind expanding our clientele in the Food & Beverage sector, specifically fine dining establishments.
- Solutions Expertise: Assist potential clients in identifying personalized uniform rental and linen service solutions tailored to their business needs.
- Competitive Solutions: Present innovative and competitive solutions to enhance product quality while reducing overall expenditure for our clients.
- Sustainability Champion: Help restaurants "green" their supply chain with our reusable products and certified CleanGreen laundry service.
- Strategic Outreach: Engage business owners and senior-level decision-makers through various channels, including phone, social media, email, and in-person interactions.
- Goal-Driven Success: Meet and exceed quarterly goals to drive personal and company financial success.
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of Work Experience: Previous Outside Sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and problem-solve on the spot.
- Communication Skills: Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Business Insight: Strong understanding of how various organizations operate and which decision-makers to target.
- Winning Attitude: The desire to win and succeed in a competitive market.
- Proximity: Reside in or close proximity to the vibrant hub of New York City.

We offer a local sales territory, uncapped earning potential based on performance, travel allowance, an excellent benefits plan as outlined above, and exceptional sales support (no collections or account management). Base pay plus uncapped commission - ($60,000 - 70,000 Base)
