Outside Sales Representative

In short, we proudly go against the grain in our quest to establish a higher class of clean with our hand sanitizing system. We’re seeking experienced Outside Sales Representatives who are passionate about hygiene and can meet or exceed sales goals.

 

What you will do:

  • Participate in a robust on-boarding and product training program in Austin
  • Management and sales responsibilities within a designated territory, with opportunity to expand. 
  • Demonstrate and discuss Vaask at trade shows with potential customers. 
  • Follow up on those leads and close sales. Travel required.
  • Talk with customers constantly. By speaking with customers, you learn who buys your products, how they use them and, most importantly, what problems they’re trying to solve.
  • Dazzle prospects with insightful product presentations and proposals using your impressive public speaking skills.
  • Diligently capture insights and feedback from prospects and customers to make the world's best hand sanitizer dispenser even better. And, most importantly, share those insights with our team of engineers and marketers.
  • Meticulously track all customer interactions via CRM
  • Write detailed weekly sales reports

What you offer:

  • 5-10 years of sales experience in B2B markets
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Currently live in the Greater Charlotte area with access to a major airport.
  • Flexibility to travel 50% or more.
  • Proven ability to communicate with customers and team members
  • Intelligence, curiosity and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Be able to juggle multiple accounts and tasks.
  • Effectively manage a sales pipeline.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
