Job Overview:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with homeowners and HVAC contractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, a self-starting attitude, and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of geothermal heat pump solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, HVAC contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
• Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers and partners.
• Generate and follow up on leads to meet sales targets.
• Assist and provide technical training through the company’s training center.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project coordination and perform onsite startup and quality assessment.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Outside Sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and geothermal heat pump technology.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and industry partners.
• Comfortable conducting technical discussions with homeowners and HVAC professionals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
