We are looking for Roofing Sales Consultants who are self-driven, money-motivated and capable of providing impeccable customer service while generating new customers and close company issued leads at industry standards. Average earnings for Roofing Sales Consultants at Tadlock Roofing is $150,000/year.
Key Responsibilities
- Run company generated leads, provide estimates to homeowners and close the deals.
- Assess and document findings on roofs, providing accurate and detailed reports.
- Educate homeowners on the roofing replacement process and available solutions.
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure timely and high-quality service.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience:
- Over 2 years of experience in residential roofing sales or a similar in-home sales industry.
- Proven track record of identifying prospects and successfully closing deals.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, and replacement solutions.
- Proficient in using technology for lead management and communication.
- Able to carry a ladder and climb on roofs.
- Ability to work in all Florida weather conditions.
