Sales Representative

Reports to: VP, Business Development

ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT

Seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES

 

  • Provide complete and appropriate building service solutions for prospective clients across a variety of verticals and target customers within the South Florida market.
  • Present, promote and sell services using solid industry standards and a systematic approach.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, mail, and social media campaigns.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and concerns to maximize satisfaction and retention. Work collaboratively with Operations in retuning accounts sold.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new revenue streams and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Visits accounts according to Service Level Agreements to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve through feedback 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,  AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent knowledge of operational and financial oversight, financial reporting, and budgeting
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Willingness to spend time in the field an
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (desired but not required)
  •  
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to individuals and to groups
  • Ability to plan, organize, and supervise, through various levels of subordinates, the work of CBM employees in a manner conducive to full performance and high morale

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Five (5) years progressively responsible sales experience
  • Bi-lingual
