FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR AN OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE IN THE CHARLOTTE, NC AREA!
FCX Performance is an Applied Industrial Technologies Company and a leading process flow control company. As an Outside Sales Representative with FCX Performance/Massey Company, you will establish and expand relationships with current and prospective customers in a local territory.
You'll spend your time interacting with your customers in determining their flow control, valve and instrumentation needs, while providing solutions/services to meet those needs. You will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention and sales results!
Responsibilities:

• Retain and develop business with new customers while building repeat sales/ managing a territory.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
• Prepares cost estimates and solution designs by understanding needs.
• Be strategic, organized, and technologically savvy in your approach to managing your sales territory.
• Retain sales records, pipeline reporting, and generate relevant sales and market reports on a quarterly, annual, and as needed basis.
• Responsible for helping set sales target goals and marketing strategy.
• Develops customer's staff by providing technical information and training.
• Works with manufacturer's technical resources and product management to advance product.

Position Requirements:

• 1+ years within industrial/engineering environments.
• 1+ years working with engineering firms and most importantly experience working in an EPC role.
• Technical/flow control industry background; valves, instrumentation and pumps
• Bachelor's Degree/engineering a plus but equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
