Outside Sales Representative
PrideStaff is seeking two motivated and driven experience Sales Representatives for a busy family-owned company in Fort Myers, FL. The ideal candidates have the ability to gain new clients and help promote the company. 

Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $35k Base + Commission (Commission commensurate with experience) 
Shift: 1st Shift, Mon. - Fri.
Outside Sales Rep Responsibilities:

• Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the marketplace, competitors and industry trends in order to identify new business and marketing opportunities
• Develop product reference documents and product materials for customers
• Create and maintain a product marketing plan for increasing sales and revenue
• Work with install team leaders to understand, explain and analyze client requirements
• Demonstrate products to consumers and address potential client queries in a timely and
• professional manner Interact with clients and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner

Outside Sales Rep Qualifications:

• Candidates must be driven, reliable, conscientious, and self-motivated, with strong communication skills
• and excellent computer skills. Candidates must have desire and ability to work closely with other team
• members and possess strong attention to detail. A clean driving record is required as this position requires operating a company vehicle.
• Previous experience in installation and/or sales experience required.
