- Organize joint sales calls with vendors and senior sales staff while generating new business and revenue through cold calling
- Effectively communicate detailed information on products and services provided to both established and potential customers
- Demonstrate all phases of the sales cycle, including prospecting, acquiring, identifying and qualifying customers
- Prepare sales orders, detailed quotes, weekly sales reports while maintaining an expense account
- Attend sales meetings, trainings, and other work-related gatherings
- Meet or exceed monthly sales budget
- Maintain professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company
- Proficient at gathering market data along with negotiating, closing, and follow-up of sales orders while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Decision-making abilities with excellent customer service and both verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment with shifting priorities while staying organized and detailed oriented
- Proficient level of computer skills; MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Or Industry experience equivalence
