Job description

Lansing Building Products has supplied professional contractors with high-quality building products since its founding in 1955. Responsibilities:
    • Live our mission statement
    • Promote and sell Lansing's products and services
    • Make 8-12 sales appointments daily between established and prospective customers
    • Increase sales and profit margins within a geographic territory
    • Develop the growth of the branch by consistently securing new business through business-to-business (B2B) sales of siding, windows, and other exterior building products
    • Cultivate and manage customer relationships
    • Assist and correct customer complaints
    • Educate customers on Lansing's products and services
    • Help customers increase business while improving their profits
Qualifications:
    • Prior B2B Outside Sales experience in the building products, construction, or wholesale industry (preferred)
    • Strong customer service, communication, and social skills
    • All-around business professional with exceptional telephone etiquette
    • Ability to work individually and on a team
    • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
    • Commitment to setting and achieving goals
    • History of strong ethics and high integrity

$50,000 - $55,000 a year
plus uncapped commission
