We are a well-established boutique aviation insurance brokerage that has been in business since 1988. Our Oxford, CT office is seeking a dynamic and highly motived individual who is willing to learn the aviation insurance business and help grow our client base. This position requires concentrated sales prospecting and is primarily a commission-based position with a base salary to start. This opportunity has unlimited earning potential! This candidate must be based or willing to relocate within commuting distance of our CT office. There is local and regional travel required to visit clients and attend industry conferences and tradeshows.
Job requirements:
- Relevant undergraduate degree
- Aviation industry experience a plus
- Ability to adapt to a challenging environment
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Sense of urgency
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Team player who is also effective working autonomously
- Outgoing sales personality
- Goal driven with disciplined work ethic
- Self-starter who likes to take the initiative

Job Includes:
- Heath Reimbursement Account (HRA) for health insurance premium.

- Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 plus commission potential of $20,000
