Outreach Minister

• Collaborate with church members and leaders to create a culture of evangelism and community involvement.
• Coordinate outreach events such as community service projects, food drives, and volunteer opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, leaders, and partners.
• Provide support and resources to individuals and families in need, including counseling and referral services.
• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate social outreach programs and activities for the church and community.
• May be required to do some in-school work and home visits.

Requirements

• Must be a dedicated follower of Jesus Christ with a passionate heart for outreach and community service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower others.
• Experience in community outreach, social work, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, exhibiting a high level of initiative and responsibility.
• Must be able to work well with all ages, especially youth.
