Position: Outreach and Advocacy Liaison
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Outreach and Advocacy Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of healthcare experience and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly desired. Experience in healthcare advocacy and care management is desired and considered a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with the community and raise awareness about our services.
- Advocate for the needs of individuals requiring care services and ensure they receive the support they need. Services provided-

- Diagnosis Research & Education
- Initiate Second Medical Opinions
- Social Services Benefit Assistance
- Care Coordination
- Medication Management
- Insurance Coordination & Benefit Explanation
- Appointment Scheduling & Transport
- Medical Appointment Advocacy
- Behavioral Health Wellness Support
- Emergency and Hospital Care Coordination
- Advance Care Planning
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, caregivers, community organizations, and healthcare providers.
- Organize and participate in events, workshops, and community outreach activities to promote our mission and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align advocacy efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach and advocacy efforts to improve outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, policy changes, and best practices in care management, advocacy, and marketing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of healthcare experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field desired.
- Experience in advocacy and care management is desired.
- Sales and Marketing experience is highly desired.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and best practices.
- Passion for advocating for individuals in need of care services.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
