Ellie Mental Health is seeking dedicated and passionate therapists to join our locally owned and operated clinic in Weston. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality Mental Healthcare, embracing our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.
This is in an office-based role. Working with your manager, you will determine on which days you will be in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Mental Health evaluations, develop, implement, and maintain treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation. Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- Deliver exceptional patient service, collaborating with a dynamic team to fulfill our mission of addressing Mental Health gaps in the community.
- Employ creative interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week, plus allow ample time for administration.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in a Mental Health or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Clinical licensure (LMFT, LCSW, etc.) is mandatory.
- Experience with DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Passion for various therapeutic approaches and topics, including EMDR, DBT, CBT, BIPOC population, humanistic therapy, gender identity, sexual orientation, play therapy, art therapy, musical therapy, social work, Adlerian therapy, PTSD, group therapy, couples therapy, and psychotherapy.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
