We are an innovative medical center hiring for outpatient Licensed Mental Health Therapists including LCSWs, LMFT, or LPCs, who want a flexible schedule and are interested in treating the mind and body connection in an innovative Outpatient Mental Health therapy clinic in Medford, Oregon. Our Outpatient Mental Health clinic is co-located within an integrative medicine company with access to refer therapy clients to approach to many medical specialties and professional disciplines, such as: holistic and functional primary care, IV nutrition therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, regenerative medicine, chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage therapy, and behavioral/Mental Health services including mindfulness and stress management. Our goal is to address the full range of physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual and environmental influences that impact a person's health.
Job Duties:
- Provides evidence-based outpatient individual counseling relative to Mental Health, personal and social problems.
- Maintains up-to-date files on clients.
- Consults with supervisor and other Mental Health Therapists concerning client needs.
- Acts as liaison between client and community resources as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining an environment that is free from discrimination, intimidation, coercion, or harassment, including sexual harassment.
- Participates in efforts to improve clinical efficiencies and achievement of new performance standards, including evidence-based care.
- Performs comprehensive Mental Health intakes, collaborates with client on evidence-based treatment plans and completes diagnostic evaluation of Mental Health symptoms.
- Develops comprehensive plan of care with clients.
- Ensures appropriate orientation and continuing education offerings for self to maintain excellence, including safety and behavior health competency.

Qualifications
Candidates must be licensed, or license eligible in Oregon as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor, or a Licensed Professional Counselor. Candidate must be able to work independently and flexibly, under general supervision.
Candidates must be able to use e-mail, compose documents, save and locate documents electronically, and learn to use our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Proficiency in Word and other MS Office applications preferred.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
