Exciting opportunity to join a network of value-based primary care centers for adults on Medicare. Practice in brand-new facilities with a full support team with the opportunity to build your practice!
- The established team includes other Internal Medicine and Family practice physicians with midlevel support, MA's, practice managers, and behavior health specialists.
- Around 13-15 patients per day
- 100% Outpatient with No Call required!
- Multiple Locations to choose from!
- 100% Adult, No Pediatric Work

- Employed position with a generous salary, bonus incentives, full benefits, PTO, CME time, and CME allowance.
