Sales Associate Qualifications
- Ability and willingness to provide best-in-class guest service
- Past sales experience
- Must be able to educate customers on outdoor equipment and apparel
- Must have extensive knowledge of products in the Outdoor Industry
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Opportunity for a full-time position
