Outdoor Cultivator

CULTA is currently looking for our next Outdoor Cultivator to join our dedicated Outdoor Cultivation team in Cambridge, MD! As an Outdoor Cultivator, you will work outside in the elements or within our Headhouse grow room with the Outdoor Cultivation crew to perform the daily tasks of cultivation while following all standard operating procedures.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be able to learn the specific methods and procedures for all tasks set forth in the current cultivation SOP's.
• Must be able to monitor plant health and grow rates in order to accurately report any changes or discrepancies to management staff.
• Responsible for daily scouting activities, daily plant feeding assessments, and performing basic tasks each day.
• Will be responsible for performing daily cleaning operations throughout the facility.
• Hands on working on daily tasks including transplanting, cloning, pruning, waste disposal, harvesting, foliar spraying, trellising, tracking tags, and mixing fertilizer.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Highly organized, self starter.
• Strong desire to work outside in the elements.
• Must be over 21 and able to pass all applicable background checks and drug screenings.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiar with Office 365 and ability to learn and apply new software programs.
• Ability to solve problems effectively.
• Effective time-management and ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to change.
• Must be able to work onsite.
